WhatsApp API total cost calculator
Combine your provider plan, Meta message estimate, users, add-ons, setup and tax in one editable monthly budget.
No rates are invented or auto-filled. Enter the current written amounts that apply to your recipient market and contract.
Build the complete cost, line by line
Choose a recipient pricing market, then enter the current amounts from Meta, your provider proposal and your own implementation budget. Changing currency relabels the estimate; it does not perform an exchange-rate conversion.
Five lines prevent the cheapest-looking quote from becoming the most expensive
Keep recurring software, recipient-market message charges, people, optional services and implementation visible as separate amounts. This makes two provider proposals comparable without guessing what a bundled total contains.
Platform plan
Base subscription, included numbers, users and renewal period.
Meta message charges
Delivered-message estimate for the recipient market and category mix.
Team and operations
Extra seats, inboxes, phone numbers, support and workflow administration.
Automation and add-ons
AI, CRM, storage, integrations, custom flows or usage-based services.
Setup and tax
Migration, implementation, training, applicable tax and one-time work.
A calculator is only as reliable as its inputs
Use the same operating scenario for every vendor. Record the source and date for each amount so the estimate can be refreshed when the contract, message mix or rate card changes.
Map recipient markets
Group expected delivered messages by the recipient’s current Meta pricing market—not simply by your company location.
Estimate the message-category mix
Separate marketing, utility, authentication and service activity, then use Meta’s current rate card and applicable volume tiers.
Itemise the provider proposal
Ask for platform, users, add-ons, support, setup, renewal, taxes, and any credit or markup policy as separate written lines.
Run a low, expected and high scenario
Change volumes and optional services instead of trusting one forecast. Keep the currency consistent within each scenario.
What belongs in a WhatsApp API cost estimate?
Short answers for finance, marketing, support and procurement teams building a realistic monthly budget.
Does this calculator include live Meta rates?
No. Meta rates vary by recipient market, message category, currency and sometimes volume tier. Enter the current monthly Meta estimate from the official pricing source so a future rate change does not silently make this page inaccurate.
Why does the market dropdown not change the total?
It records the recipient pricing market used for the estimate. The calculator deliberately does not attach an unverified static rate to a market; you enter the corresponding current Meta amount as a separate line.
Does changing INR to USD or EUR convert my amounts?
No. The currency control relabels every amount and supports only INR, USD and EUR. Enter all cost lines in the selected currency using a conversion source you can reconcile, if conversion is required.
What should be included in the provider platform cost?
Include the subscription, required users or seats, additional phone numbers, automation, integrations, storage, support, onboarding, renewal changes, taxes, credits and any per-message markup shown in the written proposal.
Is the annual projection a quote?
No. It multiplies the estimated monthly total by twelve. Actual volume, message mix, rate tiers, provider terms, taxes and one-time work can change. Confirm the result against a written provider quote and Meta’s current pricing information.
Verify message pricing at the source
Meta’s official page states that charging is based on delivered messages, who receives them, and message category. Its market selector was last checked on 2 September 2026.
Turn the estimate into a written comparison.
Bring your recipient markets, users, integrations, volume assumptions and support needs to a structured pricing review.
