QUICK ANSWER

The Official WhatsApp Business API from Smart Growth AI lets you message customers at scale on Meta's approved platform. You get template broadcasts, a shared team inbox, chatbot automation, Razorpay payment links, Google Sheets lead capture and help applying for the green tick. Onboarding is done with you, and support is by phone and WhatsApp.

01

Many people, one number

Your whole admissions or front-desk team can reply from the same WhatsApp number through a shared inbox, without passing one phone around.

02

Templates that get approved

We help you draft and submit message templates so broadcasts, reminders and offers go out without back-and-forth rejections.

03

Collect money in the chat

Send Razorpay payment links for fees, consultations or orders right inside the WhatsApp conversation.

Why move from the WhatsApp Business app to the API?

The free WhatsApp Business app is fine when one person handles a few dozen chats a day. It starts to creak when five counsellors share one phone, when you need to message 20,000 parents about a fee deadline, or when you want leads to land in a sheet without someone copying them by hand.

The Official WhatsApp Business API is Meta's route for exactly that. Smart Growth AI gives you access to it, sets it up with you, and adds the tools a working team actually uses every day.

What you get

  • Template broadcasts: send approved messages with images, videos, documents and buttons to large opted-in lists.
  • Shared team inbox: every agent logs in, picks up chats, adds notes and hands over without losing history.
  • Automation and chatbots: answer routine questions on timings, fees, courses or doctors automatically, and pass the rest to a person.
  • Payment links: Razorpay links for fees, deposits or bookings sent inside the chat.
  • Lead capture: new conversations and form replies flow into a free Google Sheet, and into CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared or TeleCRM via webhook/API.
  • Green-tick application help: we guide you through Meta's verification request. Approval is Meta's decision, but a clean application helps.
  • Opt-out handling: people who ask to stop are removed from future broadcasts automatically.

How it works

1. Number and profile setup

We help you choose a number, connect it to your Meta business account and complete the profile: logo, address, description and website. Onboarding is done on a call with you, not left to a help article.

2. First templates

Together we write your first few templates. A welcome message, a reminder, an offer and a follow-up usually cover most needs. We submit them and fix anything Meta flags.

3. Inbox and automation

Your team gets logins. We set up a simple bot for common questions and routing rules so a fee query goes to accounts and a course query goes to counselling.

4. Broadcasts and reports

Upload a list, pick a template, schedule. You see sent, delivered, read and replied counts, and every reply drops into the inbox for the team.

Where WhatsApp fits in a bigger campaign

WhatsApp messages cost more than a voice call or an RCS message, so sending them to everyone is often the biggest line on the bill. In the Smart Growth AI Campaign, WhatsApp is held back for people who listened to a voice call for 25 seconds or more, or who pressed 1. Those people get a template with up to 10 videos, and the counsellor's contact. Everyone else is handled by cheaper channels first.

Common uses we set up

A coaching institute sends batch-start reminders and test results. A hospital sends appointment confirmations with the doctor's name and a map link. A lending team sends a document checklist and a link to upload. A school sends a fee reminder with a Razorpay link and a "talk to accounts" button. Same tool, very different days.

Support from real people

Once you are live, you can call us and talk to a person, message us in a dedicated WhatsApp support group, or jump on a WhatsApp call when a screen-share is quicker than an explanation. Ready to start? Book a demo and bring your questions.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is this the official WhatsApp API or an unofficial tool?

It is the Official WhatsApp Business API provided through Meta's platform. Messages go through approved templates and Meta's rules on opt-in and quality apply. Unofficial bulk tools risk your number being blocked, which is something we do not offer or recommend.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?

Usually yes, but the number has to be moved off the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app first, and chat history on the phone does not carry over. Many businesses use a fresh number for the API. We walk you through the choice during onboarding.

Will you get us the green tick?

We help you prepare and submit the verification request, including the documents and public presence Meta looks for. The final decision is Meta's, so no provider can promise it, but a well-prepared application gives you the best chance.

How are WhatsApp API charges calculated?

There is a Meta charge per message that depends on the message category, plus the platform fee. The cost calculator on our site gives a quick estimate, and our pricing page explains plan options. We share a written quote before you commit.

Can several team members reply at once?

Yes. The shared team inbox lets multiple agents log in to the same number, take chats, leave internal notes and transfer conversations. Managers can see who is handling what, so replies do not get missed or duplicated.
