LEAD ADS, FASTER REPLIES

Meta Lead Form Ads with Instant WhatsApp Follow-up

Collect enquiries inside Facebook and Instagram, then reply on WhatsApp within moments, so the lead still remembers who you are when your team calls.

QUICK ANSWER

Meta lead form ads let people share their name, phone and a few answers without leaving Facebook or Instagram. Smart Growth AI runs these ads and connects them to instant follow-up: each new lead is synced to your Google Sheet and receives an automatic WhatsApp message, so your team calls people who are still warm, not ones who have forgotten.

01

No form leads left waiting

Every lead is synced as it comes in, and an approved WhatsApp template goes out automatically, even late at night or on Sundays.

02

Questions that sort leads

We help you add one or two smart questions, like course or budget, so your team knows who to call first.

03

One sheet for every source

Form leads sit in the same Google Sheet as your WhatsApp, voice and RCS leads, with no copying and pasting from Meta.

The real problem with lead form ads

Meta lead form ads are easy to run and usually bring in plenty of names. The trouble is what happens next. Leads sit inside Meta's dashboard, someone downloads a file once a day, and calls start the following afternoon. By then the person may not remember filling anything in.

Smart Growth AI fixes the gap between "form submitted" and "first contact". That gap is where many form leads quietly go cold.

How the setup works

  • Ad and form. We create the ad and an instant form with the fields you need, usually name, phone, city and one or two qualifying questions.
  • Automatic sync. Through Meta Lead Ads sync, each submission flows into a Google Sheet you choose, for free. If you use a CRM, it can also go there via webhook/API.
  • Instant WhatsApp reply. An approved template message reaches the person on WhatsApp: a thank-you, the brochure or price list, and a button to talk to your team.
  • Chatbot takes the next step. If they reply, the WhatsApp chatbot can answer common questions or book a call slot.
  • Team follow-up. Your counsellors or sales staff see the lead, the answers and any chat in one place before they ring.

Designing a form that gives better leads

Short forms bring more submissions. Slightly longer forms bring more serious people. The right balance depends on your business, and we usually suggest testing both.

Questions that help

  • "Which course are you interested in?" for colleges and coaching
  • "Preferred appointment day?" for clinics and diagnostic labs
  • "Loan amount you are looking for?" for lenders and NBFCs

Questions to avoid

Anything that feels too personal too early, or that only matters later in the process. Keep the form about deciding the next step, not about collecting everything at once.

An example from a coaching institute

A NEET coaching institute in Hubballi runs a lead form ad for its repeater batch. The form asks for the student's name, a parent's mobile number and the target exam year. A parent fills it at 9:40 pm. Within moments they receive a WhatsApp message with the batch timings, a short video introduction and a "Talk to counsellor" button. They tap it and ask about hostel fees, and the chatbot replies with the current details.

The next morning the counsellor sees all of this in the sheet and starts the call with "I see you asked about the hostel", not "Did you fill a form?"

Going beyond the first message

Not everyone replies on day one. For people who stay quiet, you can add them to a broader follow-up. In the Smart Growth AI Campaign, a list can receive a short voice call, and the system checks how long each person listened before deciding whether to send RCS, WhatsApp or nothing more. That way you spend follow-up money only on people who show some interest.

You can also bring these form leads back into Meta later with retargeting, showing a reminder ad to people who engaged but did not book.

Getting started

We need access to your Meta ad account and Page, your WhatsApp Business API number (we help set this up if needed) and the sheet where you want leads. During onboarding we build the form, the follow-up message and the sheet together with you. Book a demo to see a lead travel from form to WhatsApp to sheet.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How fast does the WhatsApp follow-up go out after a form is filled?

The follow-up is automatic, so it goes out as soon as the lead is synced from Meta, without waiting for anyone on your team. Timing can vary slightly with Meta's sync, but there is no daily download or manual step involved.

Is the Google Sheets connection really free?

Yes. Smart Growth AI includes the Google Sheets integration at no extra charge. Leads from Meta forms, WhatsApp, voice campaigns and RCS can all go into one sheet that you choose and control.

Can lead form data go to my CRM instead of Sheets?

Yes. We can push leads to CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared or TeleCRM via webhook or API. Many teams keep the Google Sheet as a simple backup alongside the CRM.

Will people get a WhatsApp message without agreeing to it?

We add clear consent wording to your form so people know they will be contacted on WhatsApp. The first message uses a Meta-approved template, and anyone who opts out is excluded from future campaigns.

Do lead form ads bring low-quality leads?

They can if the form is too easy. Adding one or two qualifying questions and replying instantly usually helps your team focus on serious people. Your campaign report shows which ads and answers led to real conversations.
