KNOW WHAT WORKED
AI Campaign Reports with Real Cost per Lead
One report across voice, SMS, WhatsApp and RCS: what you spent, what each lead cost, which message worked best and who to call first.
QUICK ANSWER
The Smart Growth AI campaign report shows what a multi-channel campaign actually achieved. It brings together spend, cost per lead, which voice clip and which WhatsApp or RCS template performed better, and a lead list with name, parent name, mobile, city, course interest, listen duration, key pressed and interest level. You see what worked and who to call first, in one place.
01
Cost per lead you can trust
Spend across voice, SMS, WhatsApp and RCS is added up and divided by real leads, not by messages sent or clicks.
02
Best message, clearly marked
See which voice clip held attention longer and which WhatsApp or RCS template got more replies, so the next campaign starts stronger.
03
A call list sorted by interest
Each lead comes with listen time, key pressed and an interest level, so your team phones the warmest people first.
Why most campaign numbers are not much help
Ask most messaging tools how a campaign went and you will get delivery and read counts. Useful, but they do not answer the questions an owner or admissions head actually asks: how much did each lead cost me, which message worked, and who should my team call this afternoon?
The Smart Growth AI campaign report is built around those questions. It pulls together every channel in your campaign and turns the activity into decisions.
What is inside the report
Spend and cost per lead
The report adds up what was spent on each channel, including voice calls, RCS, WhatsApp, SMS and the platform, and shows cost per lead. You can see whether a campaign was worth it without building a spreadsheet yourself.
Message performance
- Voice clips: which clip people listened to for longer, and which one led to more key presses
- WhatsApp templates: which template got more replies or button taps
- RCS cards: which carousel drew more engagement
Our voice clip and template analytics page explains how to use this to improve your next round.
The lead intelligence list
Each lead in the report comes with:
- Name, and parent name for education campaigns
- Mobile number and city
- Course, product or service interest
- Listening duration on the voice call
- Button pressed, 1 or 2, if any
- Lead score or interest level
All of this also lands in one Google Sheet that you choose, so your team can work from it straight away.
How to read cost per lead properly
Cost per lead only makes sense if both halves are honest. On the cost side, include everything: every channel and the platform fee, before and after GST. On the lead side, count real interest, such as a key press, a reply or a long listen, not just "message delivered".
Here is the worked example we use, based on example rates before GST (your quote may differ). For a list of 3,00,000 students, the usual "send everything to everyone" approach would cost about ₹2,47,210 including GST. The Smart Growth AI Campaign sent RCS only to the 1,00,000 partially interested and WhatsApp only to the 3,000 highly interested, bringing the total to ₹1,00,501 including GST. That is a saving of ₹1,46,709, about 59%, on the same list. The report is where you see this kind of difference for your own campaigns.
Using the report week to week
- Day 1: sort by interest level and hand the top leads to your counsellors or sales team.
- Mid-week: check which clip and template are doing better and switch the weaker one off.
- End of week: compare cost per lead with your previous campaign or with your ad spend on other channels.
- Next campaign: start with the winning clip and template, and test one new idea against it.
What the report will not do
A report cannot make a weak offer strong or turn a wrong list into the right one. If cost per lead is high, the report helps you see where: maybe the clip lost people early, maybe the template got few replies, maybe the list itself was old. That tells you what to fix first, which is far more useful than a single number with no story behind it.
Who looks at these reports
Owners use the cost view to decide where the next rupee goes. Admissions and sales heads use the lead list to plan the day. Marketing teams use the message comparison to write better scripts. Everyone works from the same numbers.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Which channels are covered in the campaign report?
The report covers the channels used in your campaign: IVR voice calls, SMS, Official WhatsApp and RCS. If you also run Meta ads for retargeting, those results can be read alongside the campaign so you can compare cost per lead.
How is the interest level decided?
It is based on what each person did. Listening time on the voice call, whether they pressed 1 or 2, and whether they replied on WhatsApp or RCS all count. Someone who listened briefly and did nothing scores low; someone who pressed 1 scores highest.
Can I download the leads?
Yes. Every lead goes into one Google Sheet that you choose, at no extra cost. You can filter, sort and share it with your team, or push leads to your CRM via webhook or API.
Is the 59% saving guaranteed for my campaign?
No. That figure comes from one worked example with 3,00,000 contacts at example rates before GST. Your actual saving depends on your list, how people respond and your quoted rates. The report shows your real numbers.
Does the report include GST?
The report shows spend so you can view it before and after GST, which is how we present the worked example. Your invoice from Smart Growth AI will show GST separately as required.
